Stadium Information

About Oracle Park

Opened in 2000, Oracle Park (formerly AT&T Park) has been the home of the San Francisco Giants and numerous college football bowl games. The most famous part of the ballpark is McCovey Cove, which sits just outside the right field seating area. Watch out for "Splash Hits", which are Giants' home runs that land in the water!

Fan Tips

Oracle Park is widely regarded as one of the most scenic stadiums in baseball, with its waterfront location along San Francisco Bay creating a unique game day setting.

Fans often arrive early to walk along the water or watch kayakers gather in McCovey Cove, hoping to catch a home run ball.

Inside, the stadium offers excellent sightlines and a variety of viewing areas, including social spaces and standing-room sections that take full advantage of the views.

Food is a major highlight, with a strong emphasis on local and high-quality options that go beyond standard ballpark fare.

After the game, the surrounding area and waterfront provide a relaxed atmosphere for fans to continue exploring, making Oracle Park a complete experience from start to finish.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy

Bags do not need to be clear, but they cannot exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Accommodations can be made for medical and diaper bags. Backpacks are prohibited.

Note: Bag and security policies listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variations. Please check the event website for any changes.
