About Levi's Stadium

After negotiations with the city of San Francisco broke down, the 49ers management turned to the city of Santa Clara for building their new stadium. A few years later, Levi's Stadium opened and has hosted the Super Bowl and college football championship games in its young history.

Levi's Stadium delivers a modern, technology-driven NFL experience, serving as home to the San Francisco 49ers in Silicon Valley.

Located in Santa Clara, the stadium is accessible by light rail, car, and rideshare.

The seating bowl is designed for comfort, with a mix of shaded and sun-exposed sections depending on location.

Concessions highlight Bay Area cuisine alongside traditional stadium offerings.

Tailgating is popular, though the experience is more structured compared to older venues.

Security Screenings

All guests are subject to a screening using a wand upon entry.

Bag Policy

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through club merchandise outlets)One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Getting to Levi's Stadium

Public Transit: VTA provides bus service to the stadium. Visit VTA to plan your trip. There are several options here:

The VTA light rail provides transportation locally and offers a flat rate express pass for bus and rail service.

Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) Trains - Stockton, Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Vasco, Livermore, Pleasanton and Fremont

Capitol Trains travel from Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Davis, Suisun/Fairfield, Martinez, Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Hayward, and Fremont/Centerville.

Caltrain offers service between the stadium to South San Jose and to San Francisco.

Rideshare:

The taxi stand can be accessed by walking eastbound from the stadium Tasman Drive and turn left at Calle Del Sol.

Ride share pickup is located at Red Lot 7.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

Several parking lots are available and assigned by color. Amazon Prime Now delivers to Red Lot 1, Blue Lot 1 and Green Lot 1 on game day if you forget something for that tailgate! It is recommended that you purchase a parking pass before the game via Ticketmaster.

Bus Service
