About Rogers Place

This stadium just opened for the 2016-2017 season, replacing Rexall Place. The new stadium has led to construction of luxury hotel and residential areas directly adjacent to the property.

Fan Tips

Rogers Place provides a modern, high-energy NHL experience, serving as home to the Edmonton Oilers in a state-of-the-art downtown arena.

Located in downtown Edmonton within the ICE District, the arena is accessible by car, rideshare, and public transit.

The seating bowl is designed to keep fans close to the ice, creating a loud and intense atmosphere.

Concessions include a mix of traditional fare and local Alberta-inspired options.

After the game, the surrounding ICE District offers bars, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy

All bags larger than 12"x12"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena. All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Public Transit: The 111 and 560 bus lines drop off at 103 Street and 104 Avenue stop. Please visit ETS to plan your trip. MacEwan Station is located right at the stadium. Please visit ETS to plan your trip.

Rideshare: The taxi stand is located just southwest of the stadium off of 104th ave.
