Kaseya Center brings a waterfront setting to the NBA experience, giving Miami Heat games a unique backdrop in the heart of downtown. The arena blends modern design with a strong South Florida vibe.
Located along Biscayne Bay, the venue is easily accessible by car, rideshare, and public transit, with a walkable downtown location.
The seating bowl keeps fans engaged, especially in lower sections where the energy builds during big moments.
Concessions reflect Miami’s diverse food scene, with a mix of international flavors and elevated options.
After the game, the surrounding downtown and waterfront areas offer plenty of nightlife and entertainment options.
Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
Public Transit: MetroBus has 4 bus routes that go past American Airlines Arena. You can catch route 3, 103 route C, 119 route S, and route 93. Taking the bus costs $2.25 per way. you can use an EASY card or EASY ticket or pay cash. If you pay cash, you won't get change. If you want to use the MetroRail, you will have to get off at Government Center Station and transfer to the MetroMover's Omni Loop. Take that to Park West Station and walk to the arena. The cost is $2.25 per way for the MetroRail and the MetroMover is free.
Rideshare: Taxi drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the north side of the arena. There is also the option for Water Taxi, and they have special rates on game day.

There are very few parking spaces and all of them are reserved for Premium seat and Dewar's 12 Clubhouse ticket holders.
