About Arrowhead Stadium

Opening in 1968, Arrowhead is one of the oldest stadiums still in operation in the NFL. With a major remodel most recently in 2010, we don't anticipate seeing this stadium going anywhere.

Fan Tips

Arrowhead Stadium is widely known as one of the loudest venues in the NFL, providing the Kansas City Chiefs with a strong home-field advantage and a legendary game-day atmosphere.

Located in the Truman Sports Complex, the stadium is primarily accessed by car and rideshare, with large surrounding parking lots.

The seating bowl is designed to amplify crowd noise, making it one of the most intense environments in football.

Concessions feature Kansas City barbecue alongside traditional stadium options.

Tailgating is a central part of the experience, with fans gathering hours before kickoff for one of the league’s best pregame scenes.

Security Screenings

All guests are subject to a screening using a wand upon entry.

Bag Policy

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through club merchandise outlets)One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.Exceptions will be made on an individual basis for medical bags.  Bag is subject to search.

Getting to Arrowhead Stadium

Public Transit: KCATA has buses that will allow you to easily get to the game. You just need to get on the Metro's 47-Broadway route. There doesn't appear to be any rail service to this stadium.

Rideshare:

Taxi service is available on the east side of the stadium (red coat lane) for drop-off and pickup.

Ride share drop off and pick up is located at the Missouri Welcome Center located between Gates 1 and 2 on Blue Ridge Cutoff
