This dual purpose stadium opened in 2001 and primarily hosts basketball and hockey games. The Mavericks and Stars are the only teams that actually play in the city limits of Dallas.

American Airlines Center delivers a large-scale arena experience, hosting both the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars in a high-profile venue.

Located near downtown Dallas, the arena is accessible by light rail, car, and rideshare.

The seating bowl provides strong sightlines, and the atmosphere builds during big games and playoff runs.

Concessions include traditional options along with Texas-inspired food offerings.

After the game, fans can explore nearby entertainment districts or head into downtown Dallas.

Security Screenings

All guests are subject to a hand-held wand scanning before entry.

Bag Policy

All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  All bags are subject to inspection before entry.
