Fan Tips

Subaru Park offers a scenic waterfront setting along the Delaware River, giving Philadelphia Union matches a unique backdrop.

Located just outside Philadelphia, the stadium is accessible by car, with some transit and shuttle options available on matchdays.

The compact design keeps fans close to the field, creating a strong and consistent atmosphere.

Concessions feature a mix of standard options and regional favorites from the Philadelphia area.

After the match, fans can head back into Philadelphia or explore nearby waterfront areas.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy

All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Getting to Sports Illustrated Stadium

Public Transit: There is a complimentary New York Red Bulls shuttle available at the Newark Penn Station. It begins two hours before the match and ends one hour after. It runs every 15-20 minutes and you will be dropped off within walking distance to the Stadium. You can take the NJ Transit Northeast Corridor Line or the North Jersey Coast line trains to the Newark Penn Station. You'll want to get off at the Newark Penn Station. Then, look for the yellow and blacks signs for the free New York Red Bulls shuttle. At at Newark Penn Station, take a right as you come out and look for the Raymond Plaza/Ferry Street station exit. The shuttle is on the other side of Ferry Street. You can take Montclair-Boonton Line or Morris & Essex Line to Newark Broad Street station and get off at Newark Broad Street. Then, look for the yellow and black signs for the free New York Red Bulls shuttle. Check the Port Authority website for more details.

Rideshare: Look for the Valet Parking signs on Cape May St up to Pete Higgins Blvd for passenger drop off. If you've reached the general lot, you've gone too far.

There is VIP parking to the east of the Stadium and additional parking lots north and northwest of the Stadium, however, it is highly recommended to take public transportation.
