Fan Tips

Darlington Raceway is one of NASCAR’s most iconic tracks, known as “The Track Too Tough to Tame” due to its unique egg-shaped layout.

Located in Darlington, South Carolina, the track is primarily accessed by car and rideshare.

Grandstand seating provides strong views of the track, especially along the frontstretch and turns.

Concessions include traditional fare with Southern-inspired options.

Race weekends feature a strong sense of history and tradition, especially during throwback-themed events.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy

You may enter with a soft-sided cooler no larger than 14"x 14"x 14" or a clear plastic bag no larger than 18"x 18"x 2", such as a shopping bag. All bags are subject to inspections.

Note: Bag and security policies listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variations. Please check the event website for any changes.
