Stadium Information

About Rogers Centre:

Formerly known as Skydome, Rogers Centre opened in 1989 and was one of the first motorized retractable roofs in professional sports. It has many unique features such as a train station directly below the stadium and 70 hotel rooms that overlook the field.

Tour Info:

A variety of tour options are available. Please visit for tour information.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

Bags are discouraged in the stadium, however, soft-sided bags like diaper bags, medical bags, and small purses are allowed.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

There is limited parking available at the stadium, but it is recommended to park at the public lots throughout Toronto and then use public transit to the stadium.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

Take Toronto Transit to get the stadium. Get off at Union Station and head towards the stadium.

Rail Service:

The Toronto Transit Commission has a subway system that will drop you off with about a five-minute walk to the stadium.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

There does not appear to be a designated taxi or Ride Share stand for the stadium.

Closest Major Airport: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
