Stadium Information

About Allstate Arena:

Opening in 1980, this suburban Chicago arena has hosted the WNBA, minor league hockey, Arena Football, The Harlem Globetrotters, and other concerts. Conveniently located next to Chicago O'Hare airport, it's an easy venue to reach without having to go all the way into the city of Chicago.

Tour Info:

There do not appear to be any public tours available.

Security Screenings:

As of now, it appears that security still uses wand metal detectors on all patrons upon entry.

Bag Policy:

Backpacks are not permitted inside the arena.  All allowed purses and bags are subject to search.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

There is a large parking lot on the grounds of the arena and typically runs $15-20 per car. The lot opens two hours before the event begins and tailgating is not permitted.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

The 223 PACE bus services Allstate arena and even has a stop next to the CTA train station in Rosemont. Please visit PACE to plan your trip.

Rail Service:

There are two options, depending on where you are coming from.

If you're coming from O'Hare or the city of Chicago, take the CTA to the Rosemont Stop and take the 223 PACE bus or walk 2.5 miles to the arena.

If you're coming from the northern suburbs, you can take the METRA train via the North Central Line to Rosemont. Once there, use the 223 PACE bus at the Rosemont CTA station or the 250 bus at O'Hare. Note: Both buses require a bit of a walk to get there.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

There does not appear to be a dedicated taxi stand. Odds are, if you need a taxi, visit Guest Services and they can help you.

Closest Major Airport: Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW)
