Opening in 1999, Bankers Life Fieldhouse replaced the old Market Square Arena. Due to Indiana's rich basketball tradition, the Fieldhouse was designed to be similar to the legendary Hinkle Fieldhouse on the campus of Butler University.

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena. All bags are subject to inspection before entry.
