Opening in 1997, this 2.0 mile D-shaped oval speedway, attendance of this track started strong, but has declined in recent years. As of 2014, capacity was reduced from 92,000 to 68,000 to address the poor showings on television.
There is no specific track tour, but you can purchase a garage pass with your ticket and get close up action of the teams preparing for the race.
Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detection system before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
You may enter with a backpack no longer than 17", a soft-sided cooler no larger than 6"x 6"x 12", a clear plastic bag no larger than 18"x 18"x 4", such as a shopping bag. All bags are subject to inspections.

Metrolink doesn't run a traditional schedule during the race weekend. San Bernardino Line that stops at the Fontana train station (3.7 miles from the track). You'll have to take a bus or a taxi the rest of the way. For more information or to plan your trip, please visit Metrolink.
