Home of the NASCAR Racing Series
The Las Vegas Motor Speedway has nine tracks/courses. The superspeedway hosts a NASCAR event in the spring.
You may choose to do the Richard Petty Driving Experience, which allows you to "ride-along" in a NASCAR race car. Or, if you prefer to drive on your own, you can sit in the driver's seat for 8, 18, or 30 laps around the race track. There are many other experiences including driving in a GT race car, or driving an exotic supercar like the Lamborghini or Porsche.
Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
All bags larger than 18"x18"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, coolers, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena. All bags are subject to inspection before entry.
Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.
Check the website transportation tab for info on the RaceDay Express shuttle service for strip and downtown service to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway during NASCAR weekends.
There is no designated rail line for this track.
