If you come to the event without a parking pass, arrive extra early to snag a spot at one of the nearby lots. Parking is always an issue here.

Pats QB Tom Brady (466 passing yds) overcame a 25-point 2nd half deficit to beat Atlanta 34-28 in OT. Brady was named SB LI MVP at NRG Stadium in Houston on 2/5/17. Lady Gaga rocked the halftime show.

Love coming to this stadium for the Texans games and tailgating in the parking lot! There are tons of people set up and most of them are very generous and kind, unless you're supporting the opponent!

One of the best stadiums for tailgating. Check out the Budweiser Plaza before the game for drinks and music. If you need help deciding which Seats to Purchase for your next Texans game, check out

The yellow lot is one of the best lots for tailgating before Houston Texans games. You have to get there early though since in fills up fast.

For the 3rd yr in a row, Reliant Stadium was named the NFL's top tailgating site. Joe Cahn, the Commissioner of Tailgating, announced the news at the 2011 regular season finale.

Back in the day, Oilers fans weren’t allowed to tailgate at the Astrodome. Now, Houston fans park outside Reliant well before kickoff with ol’ fashioned Texas BBQ. If you haven’t already, get some.

If you’re looking for a drink, grab a locally brewed Shiner or St. Arnold beer. After the game, try some legendary Texas ribs or brisket at Gatlin’s BBQ (1221 W. 19th St).

It's a stadium. It's busy. It's expensive. It has great performers and that is why we go there. Everything is as expected from bathrooms to parking to prices. All decent. Stop reading this review and just go buy your tickets. 😁

Had to pay $12 to park - for a graduation!! Couldn't leave through the exit we came in through so we had to circle the damn place to get out. This was extremely difficult for my wife whose had a stroke and had a tough time getting around. And I know it was only a graduation but they weren't even selling water - and you can't bring your own! Staff could be more courteous. I would say the plastic, barely an armrest chairs suck.

We are in Houston,Texas for our very first Stock Show & Rodeo. And saw CW singer Brad Paisley. Had a great time! The food is good. We were in awestruck inside and outside of the nice and clean it was all over. Definitely will be back real soon.

Been to the Houston Rodeo 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time has been a great experience! The volunteers are always so nice and helpful. Taking the buses over trying to park is definitely the way to go as they drop you off right next to the livestock show. The food, the carnival, the atmosphere, the entertainment, and rodeo all make for a great time! The only small negative was that the escalator was intermittently not working as everyone was trying to enter the stadium, but the technicians were right there fixing and monitoring it.

One of a kind venue for sure. Monumental. This stadium has shared many memories with all sorts of walks of life. The diversity and unity this stadium is built upon, runs on the heart strings of Houston. Fantastic location and tremendous work and efforts from the staff that works there. Every different event I go to at the NRG is always a better experience than the last. I enjoy this piece of Houston history and plan on sharing this with future generations to come.
