Into the Massive: An afternoon with Columbus Crew SC

During a recent soccer match at MAPFRE Stadium, I took to the stands to gauge the pulse of Columbus Crew SC fans. Fans of the Black & Gold don't have much cause for celebration as their owner is actively pursuing a move to Austin, Texas. Despite the circumstances, fans remained positive. Many shared enthusiasm and excitement for the home opener and were rewarded with a 3-2 victory for the Black & Gold over the Montreal Impact. Here is the first episode from opening weekend.
