Jonas Valanciunas dominated the 1st quarter, recording 9 points and 9 rebounds in 6 minutes. C.J. Miles had 8 points of his own after getting the start. Miles filled in for Serge Ibaka, who was suspended one game for his altercation with Miami Heat forward James Johnson. The Raptors kept All-Star guard Isaiah Thomas scoreless, a task not many teams can do. In the last minute of the quarter, Fred VanVleet scored 5 quick points. Toronto led 30-24 after the first quarter...
