Football Cheesecake Dip
Want to score some points with your football fan friends? With only 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of work, this dish is sure to win! This picture is from when I made this dip for the Superbowl. I put it out and it was gone in one-quarter and I was getting asked for the recipe. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to football dishes next season due to the ease of making this dish and the ability to be made ahead of time and just served. I made the goal post and walls out of graham crackers but will admit t is difficult. It took two of us to get the goal post together and promptly fell apart after the picture. The walls need to be added right before serving if you choose to do that step. Here is how to make it: Ingredients:
  • 8oz of softened cream cheese
  • 3.5oz of marshmallow fluff
  • 8oz of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 14.5oz of cherry pie filling
  • 1 box of graham crackers
Instructions:
  1. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together until combined.
  2. Add in the Cool Whip and beat until the concoction is smooth.
  3. Put most of the mixture into a rectangular dish, mine was 8x10 and was perfect.
  4. Top the mixture with the cherry pie filling and make a smooth surface.
  5. Use the leftover mixture to create field lines by using a sandwich bag and piping it onto the pie filling.
  6. Serve with graham crackers for dipping
